CH Mobile Auto Technician LLC Contract 2026 – General Contract, Terms, and Disclaimers

This document outlines the legal terms, service disclaimers, and general conditions that govern all services provided by CH Mobile Auto Technician LLC. It is designed to protect both the client and the service provider by clearly explaining responsibilities, risks, and expectations.

The General Contract  

This contract represents the entire agreement between CH Mobile Auto Technician LLC and the Client/Owner for all services provided. It includes all terms, conditions, disclaimers, and acknowledgments related to the services, repairs, inspections, payments, and risks. No other promises, agreements, or arrangements outside of this contract and any repair authorizations are valid.

By signing or approving services, the Client/Owner acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and disclaimers, including service-specific risks, payment obligations, OEM/aftermarket parts notices, and any other conditions outlined in this document.

The Disclaimers & Service Terms section explains service-specific risks, including pre-purchase inspections (PPI), diagnostics, batteries, brakes, tires (including TPMS considerations), and other repairs. It also addresses the use of OEM or aftermarket parts, potential decrease in vehicle value, and environmental or weather considerations.

Additionally, the document includes a Photos & Marketing Consent section, giving clients the option to allow photos or videos of their vehicle to be used for promotional purposes.
