CH Mobile Auto Technician LLC Service Contract 2026 – General Contract, Terms and Conditions, and Disclaimers

This document outlines the legal terms, service disclaimers, and general conditions governing all mobile auto repair services provided by CH Mobile Auto Technician LLC. It is designed to protect both the client and the service provider by clearly explaining responsibilities, risks, limitations, and expectations.

General Contract

This service contract represents the entire agreement between CH Mobile Auto Technician LLC and the Client/Owner for all services performed. It includes terms, conditions, disclaimers, and acknowledgments related to the mobile auto repair services, repairs, inspections, payments, warranties, and service-specific risks. No other verbal promises, side agreements, or informal arrangements outside of this contract and any signed repair authorizations are valid.

By signing or approving services, the Client/Owner acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions, including service-specific risks, payment obligations, OEM/aftermarket parts notices, and any other conditions outlined in this document.

Disclaimers & Service Terms

This section provides detailed explanations of risks associated with pre-purchase inspections (PPI), diagnostics, batteries, brakes, tires (including TPMS), and other repairs. It also addresses the use of OEM or aftermarket parts, potential decreases in vehicle value, and environmental limitations.

A Photos & Marketing Consent section is included, allowing clients to choose whether photos or videos of their vehicle may be used for promotional purposes. Mobile repairs are performed under field conditions. CH Mobile Auto Technician LLC is not responsible for pre-existing issues, hidden damage, or failures unrelated to the service performed.
