Due to the nature of automotive parts and safety concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any parts installed during our service. All parts are carefully selected to meet or exceed manufacturer specifications and are installed by our technicians to ensure proper function and safety.

Service Refunds:
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you have concerns about the quality of our repair work, please contact us promptly so we can address the issue. Refunds for labor or service work are considered on a case-by-case basis and require a thorough evaluation.

Limitations:

Auto Repair Warranty Policy

📅 Warranty Coverage

Labor Warranty:
We provide a 90-day or 3,000-mile warranty (whichever comes first) on all labor performed by CH Mobile Auto Technician LLC. This warranty covers defects in workmanship under normal vehicle operation.

Parts Warranty:
All parts installed are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty. We do not offer returns or refunds on any parts. Customers are responsible for understanding and retaining manufacturer warranty information.

❗ What Is Not Covered

  • Used, customer-supplied parts
  • Any part failure due to misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper maintenance
  • Wear-and-tear components (e.g., brakes, belts, filters, fluids) unless clearly defective at time of service
  • Repairs performed by other shops or altered after service
  • Diagnostic work or mobile travel fees (non-refundable)

⚠️ Warranty Claim Process

To request a warranty review:

  1.  Contact CH Mobile Auto Technician LLC immediately if you suspect an issue related to a recent repair. Prompt notification is required for warranty consideration. 
  2.  We must inspect the vehicle before any third‑party repairs are performed. Outside work done prior to our inspection may prevent us from determining the cause of the issue. 
  3.  If CH Mobile Auto Technician LLC determines that the issue is the result of our workmanship, we will correct the problem at no additional cost within the warranty period. 
  4.  Repairs performed by any third‑party shop without prior inspection and authorization by CH Mobile Auto Technician LLC do not qualify for reimbursement, refund, or warranty coverage. 
  5.  Failure to notify us promptly, refusal to allow inspection, or allowing another shop to work on the same issue may void the labor warranty.

 CH Mobile Auto Technician LLC is committed to your satisfaction and safety. We strive to perform every repair with quality, integrity, and transparency. This warranty applies only to the original customer and the specific service performed, and it is strictly non‑transferable. 

🚫 Non-Payment Policy

💵 Payment Terms

  • Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of services, unless prior written arrangements have been made. 
  • Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card. 
  • Invoices not paid at the time of service are considered past due.

⏳ Grace Period & Late Fees

  • A 3-day grace period may be granted at our discretion.
  • After 3 days, a late fee of $25 will be added to the outstanding balance. 
  • An additional $5 per week will be added for each week the invoice remains unpaid.

⚖️ Collections & Legal Action

  • If payment is not received within 30 days, the account may be turned over to a collection's agency or small claims court. 
  • The customer will be responsible for all additional collection costs, legal fees, and administrative charges.

🔒 Mechanic's Lien Notice

In accordance with New York State law, CH Mobile Auto Technician LLC reserves the right to assert a mechanic’s lien on any vehicle for which services have been provided but not paid in full. Under New York Lien Law § 184, this lien may allow us to retain possession of the vehicle or file a claim against the vehicle’s title until the outstanding balance is satisfied.

By accepting service, the Client/Owner acknowledges and agrees to CH Mobile Auto Technician LLC’s legal right to enforce a mechanic’s lien for unpaid charges.

🛠️ Warranty & Service Hold

  • No labor warranty will be honored until the invoice is paid in full.
  • We reserve the right to refuse future service to any customer with an unpaid or disputed balance.

By accepting services from CH Mobile Auto Technician LLC, you agree to these payment terms and understand that failure to pay may result in legal or financial consequences.
